Despite ongoing displacement, Sudanese students remain eligible for several flagship and emergency scholarship pipelines, including DAAD EPOS, Türkiye Scholarships (Türkiye Bursları), Fulbright Sudan, Chevening, Erasmus Mundus and dedicated emergency funds for Sudanese researchers run by Scholars at Risk and IIE-SRF.

Where Sudanese applicants win. Germany (DAAD), Turkey (Türkiye Bursları), Egypt (Al-Azhar and AUC partial scholarships), the UK (Chevening, Commonwealth, CARA fellowships), the U.S. (Fulbright Sudan when active; IIE-SRF) and across the EU via Erasmus Mundus.

Calendar. Türkiye Bursları closes in February, DAAD between August and October, Chevening in early November, and Erasmus Mundus in January–February. Emergency awards (Scholars at Risk, IIE-SRF, CARA) accept rolling applications.
