Corrections & takedown requests

Scholarships for Africans is a reference site for life-changing decisions. When we get something wrong, we want to know — and we want students to see the fix.

Our corrections promise

• We acknowledge correction requests within 48 hours, Mon–Fri.
• We aim to publish a verified fix within 5 business days from acknowledgement.
• When the original error materially misled readers (wrong deadline, wrong eligibility, wrong amount), we add a visible Correction note on the page when we update it.
• We never silently rewrite history. Substantive corrections are dated.

Report a correction

Email corrections@scholarshipsforafricans.com with the page URL, what is wrong, and what it should say. Linking the official funder source speeds things up considerably.

Takedown requests (funders & universities)

If you are the funder or institution behind a programme and want a listing removed, updated, or rebranded, email the same address from a verifiable institutional domain. We action verified takedowns within 3 business days.
