Germany funds Ethiopian Masters and PhD candidates via DAAD EPOS, the In-Country/In-Region track, and partnerships with Addis Ababa University. Tuition is free at public universities; many Masters tracks at TU Munich, RWTH Aachen, Hohenheim and Bonn are taught in English.
