The scheme provides a comprehensive support package and is tailored to suit the needs of each individual athlete. The Scholarship Scheme provides three separate awards for a student-athlete to be supported through: **Sport Scholarship** – awarded annually to international level athletes competing in one of Exeter’s eight [Performance Sports](http://sport.exeter.ac.uk/studentsport/scholarshipsandperformancesport/performancesport/). **Sport Performance Bursary**– awarded annually to international level athletes (including a national ranking if applicable) competing for an AU recognized sport that is not a performance sport. **Partnership Bursary** – awarded annually to athletes competing for one of the University of Exeter’s recognized partners in one of their eight performance sports. #### Choral Scholarships In addition to the Chapel Choir, the University also has close performing relations with Exeter Cathedral and three local churches, each offering their own scholarship schemes. The awards available are of various values, depending on weekly duties. **Chapel Choir (University of Exeter)** Choral scholarships worth £300 per annum as well as extra fees for other services is being given in two halves through the academic year. **Crediton Parish Church** The Collegiate Church of the Holy Cross, Crediton offers up to three scholarships every year, each worth £875 per annum. **Exeter Cathedral Choir** The scholarships are normally tenable for three years, though this may be extended for an extra year in certain circumstances.
