## Benefits of the FirstJob Internship Program
FirstJob is a 12-month internship contract for unemployed graduates that focuses on enhancing the employability of successful candidates. It is a program focused on kick-starting a career to improve life. Previously unemployed graduates will have the chance to gain workplace confidence and competence by contributing their knowledge and opinions to RMB and FNB Namibia’s business objectives and deliverables throughout the program.
## Eligibility Criteria for Namibian Graduates
All unemployed but degreed Namibians between the ages of 18 and 31 in the fields of finance, business, process engineering, project management, data sciences/ applied mathematics, marketing, political sciences, economics, banking, robotics, law, and compliance risk management are invited to apply to be part of the pilot first-year intake of 20 Interns to the FirstJob Program. Applications will be accepted until December 6, 2021, with employment beginning in January 2022 at either RMB or FNB Namibia. The call for applications will be publicized on social media and in traditional media.
