About the Bath International Excellence Scholarship 2027/28 (2026)

Programme category: Scholarship Application status checked on 22 October 2026: UPCOMING. Bath plans up to 300 competitive undergraduate awards for September 2027 entry. Each provides an £8,000 tuition discount per full-time study year, capped at three years and £24,000. It is not a living allowance or cash award. African applicants are eligible if they are new first-year students, hold a Bath undergraduate offer and are assessed as overseas fee-payers. Recipients must make Bath their firm choice in their initial UCAS replies. The separate two-year MArch following an earlier bachelor’s degree is excluded. No discount applies during placement or study-abroad years; funding stops if Home fee status applies. Deferring entry cancels the award. Applications are due to open in late 2026 through Bath Application Tracker after an eligible offer. Round 1 closes on 14 February 2027 and Round 2 on 31 March 2027.
