Where Zambians win. Australia (Australia Awards Africa: Zambia receives one of the larger annual quotas), the UK (Chevening, Commonwealth), South Africa (UCT, Mandela Rhodes), the U.S. (Fulbright Zambia, MasterCard at Michigan and ASU) and Germany (DAAD).

Calendar. Australia Awards opens in February, Chevening closes in early November, Commonwealth Master's in October, DAAD between August and October, and Fulbright Zambia in February–April.
