The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship is France's flagship Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs scholarship for top international Masters and PhD students.
Eiffel awards a monthly allowance (EUR 1,181 Masters / EUR 1,700 PhD), return airfare, health insurance, cultural activities and study trips. Tuition is covered by the host institution at most public French grandes écoles and universities. Streams cover Engineering, Sciences, Economics & Management, Law and Political Science. Apply through your French host institution — there are no individual applications.
