Senegal is eligible for the Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) and the Holland Scholarship, with strong intakes at IHE Delft (water), Wageningen (agriculture and food security), Maastricht (public health) and Leiden. Erasmus Mundus joint Masters add further fully funded options for Senegalese candidates — most programmes are taught in English.
