Scholarships in the United States for Rwandan students

Rwanda is one of the highest-funded African countries per capita for U.S. study. The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Carnegie Mellon Africa, Michigan, Berkeley and Arizona State fully funds Rwandan Masters candidates, joined by Fulbright Foreign Student and need-blind aid at Harvard, MIT, Yale and Princeton.
