Scholarships in China for Rwandan students

China admits Rwandan Bachelors, Masters and PhD candidates each year via the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC), Belt and Road Initiative scholarships, and Confucius Institute Scholarships. Funding includes tuition, accommodation, monthly stipend and medical insurance at 280+ partner universities including Tsinghua, Peking and Zhejiang.
