About the Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship – Study in Singapore (2026)

The Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) offers fully-funded scholarships for foreign students interested to study in Singapore. Read on below to know if you qualify for the opportunity. Known as a prestigious and competitive scholarship program, NPGS is meant to encourage excellent graduates or final-year students to pursue a doctoral degree at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), one of Asia’s top research universities. Grantees of the Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship will get funding for up to four years. Each Academic Year, up to 30 NPGS awards will be offered. In addition, the following sums shall be allotted for additional expenses of the grantees: - a monthly stipend of $3,000 - conference allowance of up to $4,000 per financial year - one-time IT allowance of $1,500 - annual grant of $500 for journal subscription or book purchase - thesis preparation allowance Please note that priority shall be given to subsidized campus accommodation.
