DRC is a priority country for the Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP). The Holland Scholarship and Erasmus Mundus joint Masters supplement OKP funding for Congolese candidates at IHE Delft (water), Wageningen (agriculture), Maastricht (public health) and Leiden — all English-taught.
