The German Bundestag International Parliamentary Scholarships (IPS) 2027 invites young graduates from selected African countries to Berlin for a fully-funded parliamentary program. Participants will gain firsthand experience of the German parliamentary system, with a focus on democratic processes and civil society engagement. The program includes a one-week placement with a Member of the German Bundestag, workshops, and a monthly stipend, accommodation, and travel costs covered.
