China funds Malagasy Bachelors, Masters and PhD candidates through the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC), Belt and Road Initiative scholarships, and Confucius Institute Scholarships at 280+ partner universities including Tsinghua, Peking and Zhejiang. Funding covers tuition, accommodation, monthly stipend and medical insurance.
