Applying from Namibia
Namibian applicants have two advantages that are easy to under-use: NSSC results are read fluently by UK, South African and Australian admissions offices, and the Namibia Qualifications Authority can evaluate qualifications on the way in and out. The friction is mostly on the funding side — domestic assistance, institutional bursaries and international scholarships each run on separate calendars, and missing one usually means waiting a full year.

WES (World Education Services)
Most US graduate admissions and Canadian professional licensing bodies require a WES course-by-course evaluation. Order directly through the WES portal; do not use an agent.
UK ENIC (formerly UK NARIC)
Required by most UK NHS placements and professional registration bodies (GMC, NMC). Many universities do not require it for admission, but check the specific course.

Australia Awards uses its own internal evaluation. VETASSESS matters for skilled migration or professional registration after graduation, not for student admission.
MOI letter & English-language waivers

Namibia's German academic and language links are a genuine differentiator and almost nobody uses them in an application. If you have any German-language study — school, Goethe-Institut, a partner-university module — put the level on the first page of your CV. For DAAD and German university applications it moves you out of the undifferentiated international pile faster than another line of work experience.
