Benefits of the ETH Zurich Excellence Master’s Scholarships
The Excellence Scholarship/ESOP includes a stipend to cover living and study costs (CHF 12’000 per semester) as well as a tuition price waiver.
Furthermore, the scholarship is for the duration of the master’s degree program (three or four semesters). This holds true for the tuition fee waiver as well.
Eligibility Criteria for International Students
Excellent students from the ETH and other universities (national and international) who intend to pursue their master’s degree at ETH Zurich are eligible for the scholarship programs.
You must have received an excellent mark in their bachelor’s program (top 10% of bachelor’s programs equals grade A). You should also ensure that you can be reached at the phone number listed on your CV, as the selection process may include a phone or video call interview in February.
How to Apply for Study in Switzerland
To be considered for the scholarship, you must apply to ETH Zurich for a Master’s degree program. In addition to the materials required for Master’s admission, you must also submit a preliminary proposal for your master’s thesis. Before December 15, 2021, the scholarship application form and supporting materials must be submitted online.
