The University of Bridgeport (UB) USA is offering international student athletic scholarships worth $32,000 for Africans and other nationalities who are first-time applicants to the institution.

It should be noted that the amount awarded varies based on the student’s ability and the amount of funding available. For more information about the allocation of the said funding, interested international students should contact the Bridgeport Athletic Department.
Again, the total amount awarded for this scholarship is $32,000. Consequently, the number of athletic scholarship recipients would therefore be dependent on the declared amount which would be split evenly.
The application deadline for the international athletic scholarship is on July 15, 2021.

Aspiring scholars must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, leadership qualities, and community involvement. In turn, recipients are required to live in a university dormitory and participate in a university meal plan.
