University application and graduate supervisor recommendation required. Non-degree/research students excluded; concurrent scholarships generally prohibited.

Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Scholarship for Overseas Candidates Provider: Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation Study destination: Japan Study level: Undergraduate, Masters, PhD Award JPY 100,000 monthly undergraduate or JPY 140,000 graduate; travel subsidy up to JPY 250,000. Eligibility Non-Japanese citizens entering a full-time Japanese university degree in April/September/October 2027 and normally residing outside Japan until enrollment; JLPT N3+ required.
