USTB Chancellor (Dingxin) Scholarship 2027

Critères d'éligibilité

Non-Chinese citizens holding a foreign passport in good health, including eligible Ethiopians. Scholarship-specific ages: undergraduate high-school graduate under 30; master bachelor holder under 40; PhD master holder under 45. CSCA for undergraduate applicants; Chinese language HSK 4 undergraduate, HSK 5 master, HSK 6 PhD. English undergraduate IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 70, graduate IELTS 6/TOEFL 80 or accepted official equivalent. Additional nationality/residence rules for former Chinese citizens and Chinese-parent backgrounds apply. Programme-specific admissions conditions remain required.

## Confirmed upcoming call Official 2027 notice published 16 October 2026 gives 1 November 2026–30 April 2027. Not open as of 25 October. Select Dingxin Scholarship through https://onlineapply.ustb.edu.cn/ when the window opens. Portal returned an access restriction during recheck; no authenticated form was tested. ## Full versus partial awards Full award covers tuition, on-campus accommodation, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance. Partial awards cover one or more components, not all costs. Monthly stipend amount is unpublished. CNY 600 nonrefundable application fee remains payable; travel and visa expenses are not promised. Bachelor duration 4 years, masters 2–3 years, PhD 4 years; annual review required and funding generally cannot be extended. General admissions warn campus housing is limited; confirm the award arrangement. ## Separate funding families Graduate applicants are encouraged to prioritize CSC High-Level Postgraduate consideration, which may also lead to Dingxin consideration. Dingxin is university funding, not a new CSC scholarship family.
