The University of Adelaide Global Academic Excellence Scholarship (International) is a highly competitive award for commencing undergraduate and postgraduate coursework international students with demonstrated academic excellence. It offers a 50% reduction in tuition fees. Applicants must meet specific academic criteria, including a minimum ATAR of 99 for undergraduates or a GPA of 6.7 for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. The deadline for Semester 2, 2026, is 22 May 2026.
Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be international students applying for a CRICOS registered bachelor's or master's degree at the University of Adelaide. They must satisfy a minimum ATAR of 99 (undergraduate) or a minimum overall GPA of 6.7 (on a 7.0 scale) for both undergraduate and postgraduate admissions. Applicants must not be applying for Excluded Programs, be Australia Awards recipients, or be International Sponsored Students with equivalent tuition fee waivers.
University of Adelaide's automatic merit award reducing international student tuition by 15%, 20% or 30% depending on academic strength. Open to African applicants.
Eligibility: International applicants (incl. African nationalities) with an unconditional offer for an eligible Bachelor or Masters by Coursework program at the University of Adelaide. Higher tier (30%) for ATAR 95+ equivalent; standard tier (15%) for ATAR 80+. Excludes Honours, HDR, and Joint Medical Program.
