Présentation du programme

Tsinghua University's School of Public Policy and Management runs the Master of Public Administration in International Development (MID, launched 2007) and the affiliated MIDG programme (launched 2015) — the first international development degree in China designed for students from developing countries. ## What it covers Most admitted international students receive scholarship support, and the MIDG cohort sponsored through China's Ministry of Commerce is fully funded: tuition, accommodation, a living stipend, medical insurance and international airfare. ## Who can apply Non-Chinese nationals with a bachelor's degree, English proficiency, and ideally work experience in government, development agencies, NGOs or the public sector. African civil servants and development professionals are a core target group. ## How to apply Apply through Tsinghua's graduate admissions portal for international students and indicate scholarship consideration. The main round usually closes between December and March for the September intake.
