## Award JPY 220,000/month; April 2027–March 2028 initially, renewable annually up to 3 years for PhD. Funding exclusions and conditions: No concurrent government/public-body/foundation scholarships; university tuition exemptions may be allowed. Not a tuition waiver or airfare award. General foundation also has masters but verified Tokyo nomination specifically PhD, so do not promise masters availability. ## How to apply Application status: Current call recorded as open at the source-check time.
