Critères d'éligibilité
Citizens of Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand or Vietnam. Have strong leadership qualities and potential, good co-curricular activities record, outstanding high school results, and are applying for admission to a full-time undergraduate degree programme at NUS, excluding Dentistry, Medicine and Music. Transfer applicants from local or overseas universities are not eligible.

This scholarship, named after Singapore's former Deputy Prime Minister, supports outstanding students, particularly from Asian countries, to pursue undergraduate studies in Singapore. It fosters talent development and regional cooperation.
