South African citizens in Grade 12 or their first year of tertiary study, with strong results in mathematics and a household income low enough to demonstrate financial need, intending to study a financial-sector-related degree at a South African university.

## Overview Investec, in partnership with StudyTrust, funds South African students with academic potential to study financial-sector-related degrees at South African universities — accounting, finance, economics, actuarial science, computer science and related fields. ## What it covers Full-cost bursary support including tuition, accommodation, meals, books and a laptop, plus mentorship, workplace exposure and vacation work. ## How to apply Apply on the Investec tertiary bursary page during the open window — the most recent cycle closed on 30 September 2026. Grade 12 learners and first-year students are the main target group.
