Critères d'éligibilité
Students who are nationals and residents of Angola, Cabo Verde, Colombia, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, and Timor-Leste, wishing to pursue higher education (university or polytechnic) in Portugal. Preference is given to fields unavailable in their home country.
