Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Master's Scholarships for PALOP Students

Critères d'éligibilité

Open to citizens of PALOP countries (Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, and São Tomé and Príncipe) residing in their home country, who have completed an undergraduate degree there with a minimum GPA of 14/20, and are applying for a master's degree (not integrated master's) in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology in Portugal. Applicants must be 30 years old or younger (born in 1996 or later).

Présentation du programme

The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation funds first-year master's students from Angola, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique and São Tomé e Príncipe at Portuguese higher-education institutions in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. The 2026 call ran 4 February – 8 June 2026; 24 scholars were selected (announced 24 August 2026). The next call has not been published yet.
