Listed below are some international student postgraduate scholarships available at Birbeck: ### Birbeck Global Future Scholarships As part of the university’s commitment to enhance their global reach, Birbeck has supported access to postgraduate masters study in the UK to the following countries: - France - Italy - Greece - Spain - Republic of Cyprus - Romania - Poland - Hungary - Bulgaria - Brazil Furthermore, the scholarship will be applied as a discount to the tuition fee for their first year of study to be brought in line with the Home tuition fee amount for the course. ### Birbeck International Excellence Scholarships International students who hold an unconditional offer on a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught program at Birbeck may apply for this limited scholarship. In addition, the opportunity is eligible for the first year of study only. It will be applied as a discount to the scholar’s tuition fee. The scholarship amount available for this offering are as follows: £1,000, £1,500, £2,000, £4,000, £5,000. ### Commonwealth Scholarships Commonwealth citizens are viable to apply for different programs under the [Commonwealth Scholarship schemes](https://cscuk.fcdo.gov.uk/apply/) of the British government. These include the following: - Commonwealth PhD Scholarships for least-developed and fragile country candidates - Commonwealth Split-site PhD Scholarships for low and middle-income country candidates - Commonwealth Masters Scholarships for candidates nominated by CSC nominating agencies ### Chevening Scholarships The Chevening Scholarships offer fully-funded tuition fee and living costs for its scholars.
