Cannot offset admission fee or first tuition payment when enrolling. JPY 33,000 admission application fee plus transaction costs. ## Eligibility Non-Japanese applicants to designated graduate-school entrance examinations; the verified September 2027 International Business Studies (IBSP) route is open to all eligible applicants. The IBSP page explicitly gives JST. A TESOL webpage gives 7 December but its linked 2027 PDF gives 12 December, so this record uses only the corroborated IBSP route, not the conflicting TESOL deadline. The award replaces older separate master’s Makiguchi/fee-waiver labels and is counted once. ## Publication recheck Official evidence supports a real current/upcoming award and the stated cycle. Automatic-award admission windows are not separate scholarship deadlines. Always confirm final requirements, admission timing, funding and any visa restrictions with the official provider before applying.
