Women who are citizens of a country other than the United States or Canada, accepted for full-time graduate study at an accredited institution in the US or Canada. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have at least one full academic year of study remaining.

## About the P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship Fund The P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship (IPS) is a graduate scholarship of up to USD 12,500 per academic year for selected women from outside the United States and Canada – including across Africa – pursuing full-time graduate study at North American institutions. ## What is offered - Up to USD 12,500 per academic year (renewable for one additional year) - Mentorship and a welcoming community of P.E.O. chapter members in your host city ## Eligibility - Female citizen of a country other than the US or Canada - Accepted (or already enrolled) for full-time graduate study at an accredited US or Canadian institution - At least one full academic year of study remaining when funds are used - Demonstrated financial need - Intent to return home after graduation - Not eligible: PhD candidates beyond coursework, post-doctoral applicants, medical residencies / internships ## How to apply The eligibility form opens on August 15 each year. Submit by December 15 to receive an application. Completed applications are due January 20. Apply via the P.E.O. International website.
