Critères d'éligibilité
Liberian citizens resident in Liberia with the required WASSCE or first-degree results, applying through the Ministry of Education's scholarship portal. Separate tracks exist for the Local Scholarship Programme (study inside Liberia, over 800 beneficiaries in the 2026 cohort) and for bilateral foreign-government awards announced each cycle.
