Applicants should be between 25-35 years old. Demonstrable interest in volunteerism and civic & public service. Early stage professionals working in the civic & public sectors in Uganda. Interested in public affairs and committed to continuous learning. Based in Uganda or working on Uganda-focused public service initiatives. Available to participate in all seminars, workshops, and fellowship activities.
