## About the Programme The Schuman Traineeship gives recent graduates 5 months of practical experience inside the European Parliament's administration. Trainees work on legislative research, communications, translation or policy support. The programme is open to graduates of all nationalities, with no EU citizenship requirement. ## What is Offered - Monthly grant of approximately €1,500 - Travel reimbursement to the duty station - Health and accident insurance - Exposure to EU legislative work ## Eligibility - University degree (minimum 3 years of study) at the time of the deadline - Aged 18 or over - Thorough knowledge of one official EU language (English usually sufficient) - Open to all nationalities — African graduates are explicitly eligible ## How to Apply Apply online via the European Parliament traineeships portal. Two sessions per year: March–July (apply Oct/Nov) and October–February (apply May/Jun).
