Bachelor's graduates of most nationalities (including all African countries) who have not previously held an Erasmus Mundus master's or PhD grant.

Euroculture is a two-year Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's in European studies, taught across a consortium of European universities (secretariat at the University of Groningen). ## What the scholarship covers - All participation (tuition) costs - Health insurance - €1,400 per month for living costs for the 24 months of the programme ## Who can apply - Most nationalities are eligible, including all African countries - You must hold a bachelor's degree (or proof of graduation) by the application deadline to be considered for the scholarship - Not eligible if you already received an Erasmus Mundus master's or PhD-level grant (Erasmus+ mobility grants do not count) - A relevant background such as International Relations, European Studies, History, Political Science, Sociology, Law or Media ## Key dates - 2027–2029 applications open: mid-October 2026 (per the official How to Apply page) - Scholarship deadline: not yet announced — check the official page
