The Equity Group and Mastercard Foundation (MCF) launched the Wings to Fly scholarship program for Kenyans who are financially challenged and need support for their secondary education. Top performing children across the country are eligible for support from the two organizations and other partners. As of writing, the Wings to Fly Scholarship Program for Kenyans has aided 26, 304 scholars. Meanwhile, the MCF has also committed to supporting 10,000 more scholars through two phases of funding. The last intake will be joining the program in 2021. ## Eligibility for Scholarship Applications for the Wings to Fly Scholarship Program are open to all financially-challenged Kenyas who are about to enter and are currently in secondary education.
