No prior CQMF or Mitacs Globalink Research Award.

## Eligibility PhD enrolled at institution in an eligible low/middle-income full-OIF member country. African countries in rules annex include Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, CAR, Comoros, Congo, DRC, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Mauritania, Niger, Rwanda, São Tomé and Príncipe, Senegal, Chad, Togo, Tunisia. No prior CQMF or Mitacs Globalink Research Award. ## Funding Up to CAD 6, 000 for travel/living only; visa, research supplies and infrastructure charges excluded. 12–16 weeks, maximum 120 days. ## Language Eligibility is tied to an institution in an eligible Francophonie country.
