Cameroonian citizenship OR permanent residence; recognized general secondary school in Seconde, Premiere or Terminale. Academic/civic merit and complete dossier; guardian involvement for minors; prior recipients cannot win at same level.

## Upcoming 2027 edition Official opening 12 January 2027 at 08:00; deadline 12 March 2027 at 23:59 Yaounde time GMT+1. Not open on 25 October 2026. French regulations are authoritative. ## Eligibility Cameroonian nationals OR permanent residents of Cameroon in recognized public/private general secondary schools, Seconde, Premiere or Terminale, all regions and series. Strong academic dossier and complete timely application required. Previous recipients may apply only after changing school level; minors require guardian participation/consent. School/transition support, not a general undergraduate award. ## Awards Up to three Ruth Excellence prizes of FCFA 100,000 and up to seven examination awards of FCFA 25,000–30,000. Terminale recipients may use either award for first-year higher-education registration within the awarded cap. Sufficient qualifying applications and resources govern awards; no full-cost or living support promised. ## Apply and results Use the official online route after opening and follow required school/identity/guardian documentation and essay rules. Results announced for August 2027. No application submitted.
