## Funding USD 5,000 for four weeks, prorated for two or three full weeks; intended to meet travel, accommodation and daily costs. ## Funding exclusions and conditions Applicants who received a YCBA fellowship within the past three years are ineligible. Tax liability belongs to recipient and international payments may be delayed. Residency must fall July 1, 2027–June 30, 2028; no deferral.
