Open to Nigerian citizens with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in an approved oil and gas, engineering, geoscience, energy, environmental or related discipline. Applicants must have completed NYSC and must apply to PTDF-approved universities and courses.

## Overview The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) is a Nigerian federal agency mandated to build indigenous capacity in the oil and gas sector. Its Overseas Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme (OSS) sponsors Nigerian graduates for Master's and PhD study at approved universities in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Malaysia. ## What it covers Full tuition, monthly living allowance, flights, health insurance, and a settling-in and thesis allowance. ## How to apply Applications open through the official PTDF scholarship portal, usually in January or February each year. Create an account, choose the OSS stream, upload your degree certificate, NYSC certificate, transcripts and the data page of a valid passport.
