## Overview The PTDF In-Country Scholarship Scheme (ISS) funds undergraduate and postgraduate awards at Nigerian universities and centres of excellence, in courses relevant to the petroleum and energy industry. ## What it covers Tuition, accommodation and book allowances paid through the participating institution, plus a maintenance stipend. ## How to apply Apply via the PTDF scholarship portal when the ISS call opens. Undergraduate applicants generally apply after their first year, and postgraduate applicants must already hold admission into an approved Nigerian programme.
