NUS Commonwealth Scholarship Provider: National University of Singapore Study destination: Singapore Study level: Research masters, PhD Award Tuition subsidy; SGD 2,900/month masters or SGD 3,000/month PhD, with possible qualifying-exam increment. Eligibility Incoming Commonwealth nationals who are not Singapore citizens/PR; upper-second honours; eligible for MOE subsidy; assistantship duties. Eligible African countries: Botswana, Cameroon, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Togo, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia.
