Members: Concordia University, Université Laval, McGill University, Université de Montréal, UQAM, UQTR, Université de Sherbrooke and Bishop’s University. Funding beyond the fourth PhD year only exceptional. Admission-stage exceptions may be requested by department chair.

## Funding ISM contribution up to $10,000, with at least an equal host-department contribution; amounts vary with budget. Combined ISM/department/other scholarship support capped at $34,000. Departments may require extra materials, rank candidates and forward nominations to ISM.
