Direct application portal requires following the university graduate-research instructions. ## Publication recheck Some current claims rely on official indexed text; direct access was blocked. This is not complete live-source verification. PUBLISH using explicitly labelled indexed-only official programme evidence supporting current call, deadline and core terms; direct fetch not successful/usable. Preserve all conditional eligibility and do not imply independently verified application submission. Always confirm final requirements, admission timing, funding and any visa restrictions with the official provider before applying.
