Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois automatically considers complete international admission applications for merit scholarships of up to US$38,000 per year. Awards can renew for up to four years. Citizens of every African country may apply if they fall within the university’s international applicant category, which excludes U.S. citizens and permanent residents. Funding limitations This is partial funding, not a guaranteed full ride. The maximum award is competitive.
