Medicine, dentistry and nursing are excluded from the general scheme. ## How to apply Apply online through the Government of India A2A Scholarship portal and submit supporting documents to the High Commission of India, Lilongwe. The round for the 2026-2027 academic year closed on **15 April 2026**; a fresh call is issued annually, usually in the first quarter.
