نظرة عامة على البرنامج
Each year Mozambique's Ministry of Education and Culture, through the Instituto de Bolsas de Estudo (IBE, IP), and the Mozambican embassy in Lisbon publish places for Mozambicans to enter higher education in Portugal under the Regime Especial. For 2026/27, 490 places were announced. IBE also ran separate Portugal scholarship windows (bachelor 12 May – 12 June 2026; master's 12 May – 19 June 2026). Places under the special regime are an access route; funding depends on the specific IBE scholarship call.
