شروط الأهلية

Worldwide applicants, including eligible Ethiopians. 180-ECTS bachelor in electronics/electrical/mechanical engineering, physics, materials, computer engineering or equivalent electronic-engineering curriculum; German-equivalent grade 2.7 or better. Final degree by 1 August. English B2, normally IELTS 6.5 with each section 6.0 or approved alternative; restricted exemptions, no home tests or Ethiopian medium-of-instruction-only proof. Scholarship continuation requires passing first two semesters with German average 2.7.

## Upcoming applications Official window: 1 November 2026–1 March 2027, not open on 25 October. No exact cutoff time is established. Applicants are automatically considered for competitive scholarship selection. ## Funding and exclusions No tuition; scholarship is €1,400/month up to two years toward travel/living. Tuition-free does not mean fee-free: Siegen semester contribution, currently €322 for semesters physically there, remains payable and may change. Vilnius €200 registration is covered for scholarship recipients.
