## About Eisenhower Fellowships Eisenhower Fellowships identifies, empowers and connects accomplished mid-career professionals from around the world – including across Africa – to create a more peaceful, prosperous and just world. ## Programs - **Global Program** – ~25 Fellows from ~25 countries each year (4–7 weeks in the US) - **Country & Regional Programs** – rotating focus countries; recent African cohorts have included Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa - **Zhang Jindong Africa Program** – dedicated programme bringing African Fellows to the US ## What is offered - Fully customised US itinerary based on Fellow's professional goals - All travel, lodging and per diem expenses covered - Spouse may join for portions of the programme - Lifetime membership in a global network of 2,500+ Fellows in 110+ countries ## Eligibility - Aged 32–45 at the start of the fellowship - 5+ years of senior leadership experience - Demonstrated accomplishment, integrity and capacity for impact - Proficiency in English - Commitment to applying learnings on return ## How to apply Applications open annually – typically April for the following calendar year. Nominations and direct applications are accepted at efworld.org/apply.
