The Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) is the UK's flagship development-focused award for citizens of Commonwealth countries. Each nominating agency runs a national shortlist before forwarding files to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in London for the final selection.
